In the process of trying out a different cable modem, I disabled the QoS settings I had put in place to protect our Vonage traffic. That increased my upload speed test considerably:

Ok, so it’s March already. I don’t do New Years resolutions, so I’m not going to say that I’m going to post here more often as a resolution. I’m just going to do it. Or so I say now at least.
